Technician Molecular & BioAssays
Department/Project:
The ‘Stability and Release’ department is part of the Process Development group and is responsible for the testing that is for required release and stability analysis of virus and antibody products. Product analysis includes testing for quantity, potency, purity and identity, but also detailed structural characterization.
Job Description:
We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoys working in a multidisciplinary team in the fields of:
Cell-based assays & molecular biology, such as potency assays, ELISA, Western Blots, (Real Time) PCR, and various DNA extraction methods.
Your main tasks will participating in the activities needed for release and stability and performing & reporting analyses.
Minimum Qualifications:
MLO with several years of experience in a relevant field or HLO. Experience in working with viruses and familiarity with quality systems such as GMP are strong advantages.
