Technician Quality Control
Department/Project:
The ‘Quality Control’ department is part of the Product Characterization Group and is responsible for the quality control of Crucell’s virus and antibody products. Quality Control includes testing for quantity, potency, purity and identity of drug substances and drug products, and testing of incoming raw materials. In addition, the Quality Control department is responsible for the Environmental Monitoring of the pilot production plant and during the production process.
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated QC Technician who enjoys working in a multidisciplinary team, has a relevant education, and has experience in the field of:
· Microbiological assays such as Bio-Burden, Vitek identifications, sterility testing, Chromogenic / Kinetic LAL, Endotoxin testing, Growth Promotion tests and other methods.
· Environmental monitoring.
· Compliance to USP / EP, cGMP, validation and qualifications procedures.
Your main tasks will include method validation, troubleshooting and planning, performing tests, reporting & review of analyses.
Minimum Qualifications:
HLO with several years of relevant experience in microbiology and quality systems such as GMP. Experience in working with viruses and/or antibodies is a strong advantages.
